Here are the house rules for your reference:
1. Neighborhood- there is a noise ordinance from the hours of 10 pm- 7 am. Please be respectful of this quiet time in our community.
2. Make sure to turn off lights and electronics when not in use or when you leave the house.
3. Please take off your shoes in the common areas.
4. Smoking of any substance is not allowed in the house/garage.
5. Pets are Not allowed
6. Parties OF ANY KIND will not be tolerated. Police will be called, and you will leave the property with no refund.
7. Please put your dishes in the dishwasher and start prior to checkout

8. Please put all dirty and wet towels in the washing machine (start washing machine)
9. We ask that you please return the home as you found it.
