Summit-University neighborhood is a great location that is central to downtown St. Paul, the stadiums in downtown Minneapolis and the Mall of America in Bloomington.
Close to Macalester College, William Mitchel School of Law, St. Thomas University and St. Catherine's University, all beautiful campuses in the St. Paul area.
Not far from Grand Avenue that has GREAT shopping, food and ice cream. Summit Avenue is also nearby which boasts 373 of the original St. Paul mansions built in the 1800's. It's worth a stroll on a nice afternoon to check out these beautiful pieces of architecture!

You will have full access to this home and we will provide remote check in information after booking.

FAQ's...

Heat + A/C
- Our house was built in the 1880’s. It’s tough to keep good temperatures in some of the bedrooms. We do our best to give tips about cooling it down or heating up but if you are particularly sensitive to it being too hot or too cold, we might not be the best fit for your stay (On really hot days in the summer, the house will be warm, on really cold days in the winter, the house will be cold)

Beds
-There is 1 kind bed, 1 queen size bed, 4 full beds, 1 twin bed and a pack n plays for any little-littles. We use memory foam hybrid mattresses throughout

Parking
We do not have any private parking on this property. There is ample street parking as we are the house on a large corner so there is typically quitea few spaces on both sides of the street on the side of the house

What is capacity?
- Sleeping capacity in the house is 12. We do not allow more to sleep as we do not want to jeopardize our rental license with the city
- If you want to have an event or gathering, please inquire BEFORE booking it to chat first. We do not allow events with a lot of cars or more than 15 people coming to the house to ensure neighborhood harmony

Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm but you can reach out a day before and we might be able to accommodate. If you NEED an early check in, consider booking the night before so you can check-in upon arrival. Fees start out at $50 for an early check in if we can accommodate

Late Check-out?
- Maybe. It depends on our next guests. We will not guarantee a late check out until the weekend of your booking. Shoot a message and we will see if we can accommodate! If you need extra time, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. Fees start out at $50 for an late check out if we can accommodate

Luggage Drop Off?
- We do not have a locked space outside of the house for guest luggage drop off

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves

Is the home suitable for children?
- Sure is! We have a couple items that will help out. Pack n Play with a crib sheet, child gate for the stairs, a booster seat high chair and kid dinnerware & utensils.

Can we bring pets?
- We are not pet friendly. We can recommend nearby dog boarding facilities if you need

Can we have people over?
- Yes, kind of. We expect all guests to be listed on the reservation. If you are having people pop in, give us a heads up. We will not allow open invite parties or a number of people over what our City of St. Paul rental license allows!

-There are cameras on the exterior of the property, at the front & back doors and the back yard for the safety of our guests & property.
