„Freundlicher Empfang, gemütliches Zimmer und ruhig. Aus meiner Sicht gut zu empfehlen. 2 Nächte gebucht nur eine Nacht genutzt, Stornierungsoption war schon abgelaufen, Hotel hat von sich aus die Erstattung der ersten Nacht angeboten. Super fair.“

„The location as well as the spacious rooms is great. The hotel has been slightly renovated – but not everything has been renewed. The rooms are still the same (carpet, old faucets....). The fitness centre is large, but a lot of equipment has been removed (when it was the Grand Hotel, it had a lot more facilities). But for me that was totally OK! Also the fact that the spa area no longer exists does not bother me. I had a very pleasant stay overall! Thank you very much! “

„I stayed seven nights in the Best Wester Plus hotel. I had asked three times if they can empty my trash bin and maybe some new towels, nothing was done. Very unfriendly and not customer oriented. The room was ok, but very old, light didn't work. air condition failed also after the second day. there are many other hotels around, I would chose another one for sure.“
