Charming 1900 Victorian home in the country

Office/convertible bedroom upon request air mattress. laundry room right off kitchen. Outdoor deck. Located in in downtown Mineral Wells. Stunning private front patio and backyard. Home is lived in when not rented however is transitioned to accommodate guests limited closet space due to age.

The space
Home is very peaceful and fully equipped to make you feel rough at home. Location is close to downtown with plenty of shopping restaurants and sight seeing. Ten minutes from state park and sandy beach. 30 minutes to Possum Kingdom.

Due to this being an older home their is limited closet space and due to me living in the home when its not rented I have set up dresser in bedroom and hanging rack to accommodate guests.

Also there is an office that can be used as an additional bedroom by request I can leave an air mattress and bedding.
