Located on the Northwestern end of Lake Anna you'll find the outdoor retreat of your dreams - this sprawling seven-bedroom home. Drive through the home's private gate and let the adventures begin!

Multiple outdoor spaces including a noticeably large front lawn and private hot tub will lure you to spend time communing with nature. A private boathouse that includes both indoor and outdoor seating is complete with kayaks, paddle boards, and a paddle boat. When you aren't cooling off in the water, chill-out by one of the three outdoor fire pits, or fire up the gas grill, outdoor griddle, or wood-fired pizza oven.

Step inside and immediately feel at home in the spacious main living area with its vaulted ceiling and lovely double-stacked windows that allow tons of natural light and a gorgeous view of the lake to flood inside. The chef in the family will be itching to command the oversized kitchen with its top notch appliances, double oven, fridge with touch-screen technology, and wraparound counter space with enough seating for ten. The large formal dining table rounds out the dining space.

On chilly nights, enjoy the fireplace and a cozy blanket in the living room. Stream your favorite TV shows and movies whenever you'd like on the large TV, or in one of the bedrooms. The primary bedroom on this floor has a full, en-suite bath, and private outdoor access. There are three additional bedrooms on this level.

Hours of entertainment can be curated in the garage, equipped with epoxy flooring, and complete with a foosball table, ping-pong table, pool table, and an extra fridge. The fun continues in the lower level game room! Here, you'll find a full wet bar with a fridge, a seating area with a large TV and soft seating, multiple arcade games and board games, a Wii & Nintendo gaming console, a dart board, and easy access to the sunroom. There are three more bedrooms on this level along with another full bath.

There is a private dock directly behind the home.
A separate ice maker is available for guest use in the garage.
Streaming services are available on some TVs. Guests’ must use their personal credentials to login.
You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia, LLC.
This home is located on the public 'cool' side of the lake. This home does not offer access to a community launch for guests with boats. You will have to use a public launch. The water at the dock to the home is roughly 7-9 ft.
Firewood is not provided, guests will have to bring their own.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
