Immerse yourself in the allure of the custom-built saltwater pool or venture to the deep waterfront with a covered boat dock and electric lift. The raised patio sets the stage for an outdoor culinary experience, featuring an eight-person dining area and a gas grill, ideal for unforgettable cookouts.
**Indoor Delights:**
This residence seamlessly harmonizes casual and formal spaces. The lower level unfolds with a wet bar, family room boasting a generous TV with streaming services, a gas fireplace, a theater room for nine, and a game room equipped with a pool table, multigame arcade machine, air hockey table, bubble hockey and two basketball arcade games one suitable for adults and the other for children. One of the bedrooms even includes an elevator connecting to the primary bedroom on the main level.
**Main Living Space:**
Ascend to the second floor, where the main living space awaits. Revel in the comfort of the living area, graced by a gas fireplace and an expansive 85â smart TV. The formal dining room features a ten-person table, while the gourmet kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, wine cooler, exotic granite countertops, and a four-person island. For our younger guests, children's dinnerware and a booster seat are available.
**Luxurious Bedrooms:**

- The pool is open from mid May through late September. For a cozy swim, pool heating is available for an extra $100/day. Since our pool heats gradually, please inform us ahead of your stay if you'd like the pool heated for your arrival.

- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.
- Security is paramount, with active surveillance cameras on-site, including a Ring camera on the front door and two cameras facing the backyard.
**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
