The Space:

NEW 2026 construction! The main level brings together the living room, kitchen, and dining area in one open space, making it easy for everyone to spend time together. The living room features a comfortable sofa, additional accent seating, a smart TV, and a stone fireplace framed by wood accents, while large windows and glass doors bring in natural light and views of the surrounding trees. Just steps away, the kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, walnut cabinetry, and a large island with seating for 4, along with generous prep space for everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners. The adjacent dining table seats 4, while the full-length covered deck extends the gathering space further - with outdoor dining for 8, a BBQ grill, and a propane fire table overlooking a sweeping wooded landscape with breathtaking mountain views and stunning sunrises and sunsets.



The lower level adds another spacious living area with an 85” smart TV and plush seating, giving everyone an extra place to watch a movie or unwind between outings. Just steps away, guests will find a fully equipped luxury wet bar featuring a Nespresso machine, beverage cooler, ice machine, full glassware, and table seating — the perfect spot to prepare snacks, drinks, or light meals without heading upstairs. A dedicated fitness corner with an adjustable weight bench, dumbbells, and a yoga mat is also available for guests who want to keep up with their workout routine during their stay.



This home comfortably sleeps 11 guests between 3 bedrooms, with additional sleeping provided by a queen-size sleeper sofa in the main-level living area and a twin-over-queen bunk bed in the lower-level living area.



Every bedroom features hotel-grade Hilton Harmony mattresses, smart TV, blackout roller shades, ceiling fan, luggage rack, and a nightstand with a digital alarm clock/sound machine and USB charging ports.
