The neighboring lot next to us recently sold with plans to build a residential home on it. It's likely by September 2026, a new home will be under construction. There is potential for construction noise during weekday working hours. The lot is over one hundred feet away with dense forest between us. Visually there are enough trees between us that you won't be able to see anything, and there is no impact on our mountain view. No refunds or discounts will be given due to the neighbor's construction noise. We do not offer cancellation contingencies or exceptions to our cancellation policy due to neighboring lot construction.
