Main Level

Inviting & Spacious. Enter into a modernly furnished, artfully decorated, open concept dining, kitchen, and living area. Hardwood floors follow stunning heart pine, wall to ceiling paneling.  Kitchen & Dining. The comfortable dining table seating six (expands to 8) basks in natural light from surrounding windows. The fully equipped kitchen accommodates any culinary catering while others can sit at the 3-stool breakfast counter. Plentiful Plush Lounging. Whether inside or in the sun room, relaxing choices abound. Living Room. Nestle in the living room around the warmth of a mountain stone, gas log fireplace where six can gather for cocktail conversation or a favorite game on the huge flat-screen TV. Sunny Sunroom.  Step out from the dining room to the nearly all-windows, cozy carpeted sunroom featuring another warming gas log fireplace, picnic-style table seating six, and Cozy Round Daybed. Deck Off Living Area.  Step out onto the inviting main deck where your grill master can fire up the food and  everyone can comfortably gather. Just steps away, the Loft Bonus Room is a favorite for younger guests who want to sleep near their parents while still having a space of their own. Entertainment Room. If you’re not a fan of what’s playing on the main floor, head downstairs to a roomy entertainment area complete with another large flat screen TV and Video Game Console. Six fans can enjoy their chosen game on a plush leather couch. When tired of TV, walk out to the patio and take a soul-soothing soak in the brand new 5-person hot tub. King Suite Bedroom. The downstairs king suite comes with a full ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower, and private access to the lower deck and hot tub.

All this, and you’ll barely have time to visit the family-friendly wineries and orchards with their thrilling fall tractor hayride tours.

Thanks for being Above The Rest by your courteous compliance!



1. Place all trash in supplied white kitchen bags under the sink and dispose in

outside garbage bins.

2. Insert detergent pod in dishwasher. Start the dishwasher on all dirty dishes.

3. Do not make your slept-in beds the morning of departure. We take care of

laundry after you leave.

4. Please close all blinds and turn off all inside and outside lights.

4. Check-out time is 10:00 AM Eastern Time.



Interaction with Guests:

Feel safe in that you will be able to reach us 24/7 once you have booked a cabin. Our office is open from 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday. Once you have booked – we will provide a number for texting. You may text with important questions that need timely answers after 6 pm and on Sundays. We also provide an Emergency Hotline number which may be called at any time with emergencies after you arrive at the cabin or if you get lost prior to arriving at your cabin. The Emergency Hotline is answered by the company owners themselves. No other mountain cabin rental company in the region offers this direct owner accountability protection, which is why we're Above The Rest, not All the rest.
