The porch is gated and provides direct access to a fenced dog run, allowing pets and children to roam freely and safely.



Inside, the main living room invites you to unwind on a comfortable sofa and loveseat. Enjoy the warmth of the seasonal gas fireplace while streaming your favorite shows on the 55” Samsung Smart TV.

**Laundry:** A full-size washer and dryer, along with starter laundry pods, are available for your convenience.
