Though this is a self-check-in apartment, I'm available via text or phone calls for assistance when needed.

Please note that this is a residential community, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. (The onsite staff and leasing office are not equipped or authorized to assist you.)

The bathroom has a hair dryer.

Our home is a non-smoking environment. Smoking of ANY kind is prohibited anywhere on the property, whether indoors, outdoors, or in the garage.

You can choose to log-in with your own internet-based entertainment services, like Netflix and Hulu if you wish! We do not offer TV channels other than what is on the Roku channel.

About the Building:
This is an older building. Though the unit has been renovated and nicely updated, the walls are on the thin side (we provide ear plugs and a white noise machine to help with this, but also ask our guests to be conscientious of noise as well, especially after quiet hours).

Some of the pipes in the building are old. Water may not run clear when first turned on, but will run clear within seconds. There is a water filter in the fridge.

This building features radiant heat, which can result in some light ticking or knocking sounds when the heat is operating. We provide a white noise machine for those who might be sensitive to these sounds.

The air conditioning is a wall unit installed beneath the picture window in the living room.

NOTE: Guests staying 30+ days must have a cleaning service every 30 days. After the first cleaning, a $90 fee will apply for each additional cleaning. This is mandatory to maintain the cleanliness of the property. Please let us know if you have any special requests regarding the cleaning schedule.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
