From the moment you arrive at that security gate you will be ready to relax and unwind. This well maintained home offers four bedrooms and three and a half full bathrooms. A large open living concept allows you to be able to enjoy the common areas. The large gourmet kitchen offers plenty of bar seating for a quick and easy meal, or enjoy the dining room area where you can seat 10 comfortably. The large living room is a cozy spot to relax and watch tv. There is also an additional loft style living room, where you can watch tv, play board games or have a family movie night. Just a short walk over to the centrally located amenities you will find the famous Jack Nicholson golf course, were you can practice your golf swing by hitting golf balls or book a tee time. Pickle Ball Court, Tennis Courts or a game of Corn hole are also available. If you enjoy swimming you have the option of the community outdoor pool, or community indoor swimming pool. There is even a kiddie beach with a splash pad for the younger guests in your group. Need a snack while by the poolside, There is even a concession stand to purchase snacks and drinks!
