A beautiful stay. Staff are all such friendly and helpful people - they made us feel welcome and were always available to help with anything that we needed. our room was quiet and had an incredible view of the redwoods. Everything in the room was spotless, comfortable and easy to operate. The breakfast buffet was great and offered healthy choices, as well as custom cappuccino and latte drinks. Wine and cheese in the evening was a great pre-dinner offering too. Innkeeper Shahla and Facilities Manager Phil went out of their way daily to make sure we were well cared for - what a treat to be welcomed like that! We will definitely be back on our next trip through the Bay Area.

This is a very comfortable inn with a unique atmosphere. Visiting in November we were very nestled in among redwood trees and aspens which were partially in color. There was an open patio area for use in warmer weather for a very expansive breakfast buffet that included quiches, pastries, waffles and smoked salmon and bagels. It is located in town with easy access to restaurants, shops, art galleries and music.

Absolutely beautiful. Wine and cheese on the upper deck then breakfast in the dining area. Staff were friendly, efficient, & helpful.

It's in Mill Valley -- gorgeous setting amidst the pine trees, beautiful furnishings and serene environment. Steps away from coffeeshops, market, dining and public transport in addition to the timeless natural environment that's the main attraction of course!

Great location in middle of downtown Mill Valley but would have preferred room not facing main street as noisy with traffic, particularly in AM. Breakfast was great with spacious dining facilities. Bed wasn't particularly comfortable and somewhat noisy air conditioning unit in our room. A good place to stay for one night in transition to wine country but not sure I would stay here again

A Perfect Home Base when visiting Mill Valley
This is a charming inn, elegant in an understated and cozy way. For one person, the room was very spacious and, I imagine, would have worked well for a couple. There are a couple of tables, a comfy chair to sit in by the window, and ample lighting. The bed was very comfortable. And the two bottles of Acqua Panna was a welcome touch. Certainly, the staff was a big part of the pleasure of staying there. From the housekeeping to the those who prepared the breakfasts and daily wine and cheese hour to the front desk staff, everyone was friendly, approachable, and very helpful. One more big plus: the Inn is a couple of minutes walking distance from the heart of town.

This is a hidden gem right in the center of Mill Valley. Walkable to everything, even trailheads at the end of the street adjacent to a beautiful redwood park Brian, the manager was so accommodating and helpful. All staff were friendly and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed both the evening wine reception and lovely bountiful brunch. Appreciated the free parking and just needed more time to ride the loaner bikes they provide. Would recommend I will definitely be back for another couples Get away.

Wonderful stay - beautiful in room fireplace, bedding, amenities. Great breakfast and evening wine reception supported by very helpful and friendly staff. Housekeeping went out of their way to be helpful. Great location - convenient to walk to so many local restaurants and love the proximity to Muir Woods, Golden Gate, Marin headlands, etc. Will definitely return!
