Guests have access to the entire home. We provide our guests with contactless self check-in with access to the entire house. Details provided the day before check-in. 1-2 parking spots are available on the driveway.

• This home has stairs - One flight of stairs from the car park to the main entry way. From the main level (main entry way), one flight of stairs to the lower floor, and one flight of stairs to the upper flight.
• This is a no-shoes home!
• The last ~0.5 miles to the home is a one lane windy mountain road that's difficult to navigate at night. Drivers typically drive slowly and the car driving downhill yields appropriately.
• There are no shades in the bedrooms for a full immersive treehouse experience.
• Please note that there are two units on the property. This listing is for the main home. There is no shared space between the units.The lower apartment unit will also be available for rent concurrently. If you would like to book the full property please send us an inquiry!

House Rules:
• No disturbing neighbors: No events/parties allowed. Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors as this is a quiet residential area.
• No pets allowed. If you have a service animal, let us know first.
• No cigarette or marijuana smoking inside or outside ($1,500 fee for deep cleaning)
• No extra overnight guests
• No moving/rearranging furniture
• No worries: no cleaning, no stripping bedsheets, etc. - We are full service and want you to RELAX!

Fee Schedule:
• Shipping for items left behind is $30 for handling, in addition to USPS packaging & postage costs
• Early check-in and late checkout requests: $40 each
• Special requests: $40 in addition to associated material/service costs
• Luggage dropoff/storage: $15
