Beim auschecken mussten wir 45 Minuten warten, weil die Rezeption nicht besetzt war!!! Eine gedruckte Rechnung war nicht zu bekommen, man versprach aber, diese per e-mail nachzusenden. Dies ist auch 14 Tage später noch nicht geschehen!!!

The person at the desk appeared like we were bothering him. There was a dirty face cloth left in room on the curtain rod. We slept for a few hours then left because we were repulsed by staying here. We dropped our keys off at 4:30am and this person at the desk was a little friendlier but didn’t present himself as an employee (wasn’t wearing a uniform)
