Property management was very bad and told us that they will not want anything to do with bookings done thru online services. I had my wife, kid (10 y.o.) and father in law stranded in malpensa due to flight cancellation and we booked this hotel. Called to ask informations and confirm the booking and they told me not to call them for anything since we booked thru ebookers. It was 23:30 PM and really a stressful situation. I am a company owner and such behaviour would mean immediate termination of employement. Look at Ibis Hotel Nearby, they where very helpful and we found an accomodation. We paid the stay at Novotel but in the end we went to Ibis as there was no way to confirm the booking.I doubt we will get the 200 euros back. On a side note, ebookers tried to help and was very supportive.
