Verbesserungswürdig: Check-in und Kommunikation
Good location but a pretty simple apartment,. It has most of basics one needs but not much more than that. The worst was the communication with the hosts. Upon checkin, two of us got stuck in a tiny elevator (which is rated for two people) and when we tried to reach the hosts to help us get out, they were unavailable. This happened around 8 pm and the hosting company boasts 24 h support - that did not happen - no one reponded until the next day. It was pretty bad, we were squished in a tiny space, the temperature in the elevator got to be over 40C, there was barely enough air to breath (thanks to a tiny hole in the wall of the elevator that allowed fresh air in), we emerged dizzy and scared, allround a terrible experience - and I am not even afraid of elevators. Thanks to the good neighbors who helped raise the alarm and the elevator maintanance company that responded resaonably fast - a catstrophy was avoided. So, be aware.
