The space
4 bedrooms.

Three upstairs and 4th bedroom is downstairs.

Downstairs bedroom has a separate entrance from main house.

Master with queen and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2-full bed, views of marsh, full bath shared with bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3-full bed, no marsh views but TV.

Bedroom 4-king bed, full bath. This is more of a separate apartment with direct yard access, refrigerator, living space, and privacy.

Guest access
Entire house is accessible to guests.

Other things to note
The marina nearest you is Half Moon. It's open 7am-5pm and for a fee you can put in your boat with the lift. It's a couple blocks away. Beware of no wake zone when entering and exiting half moon marina. Park your trailer there.

Free public launch is Sunbury but it's about a 15 min drive and 25 min boat ride. Must beware of sandbars and know your navigation is not always accurately marked in this area of the coast.

NO trailer parking at the home.

Absolutely NO children unsupervised at the home. And while the yard is fenced, the pool is 100% directly accessible from the house therefore NO children permitted at this rental who cannot swim. Age of visitors needs to be approved by host, thank you for understanding.

Absolutely NO SWIMMING off the dock (no ladder, and current is strong).

Visitors must always assume ALLIGATORS, SHARKS, and CURRENT are present at all times.
