Thank you for helping us keep Hidden Hollow comfortable, well-maintained, and respectful of our neighbors and community.

HOUSE + GUESTS

* Please make sure your reservation reflects all overnight guests and any approved pets
* The primary guest is responsible for everyone associated with the reservation
* Please treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care

NO PARTIES + QUIET HOURS

* Parties, unauthorized events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted
* Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM
* Please keep music, outdoor conversations, and other noise at a respectful level
* Be considerate of neighboring homes and community rules

NO SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside the home or garage.

Guests may be responsible for documented cleaning, odor remediation, replacement, or other restoration costs resulting from smoking.

PETS

* Pets must be included in the reservation or otherwise approved by UK Homes
* Please clean up after pets, including in the backyard
* Guests may be responsible for excessive pet hair, stains, odors, damage, or additional cleaning

🏊 COMMUNITY POOL + PLAYGROUND

* Community pool hours are 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
* The pool access card is located near the coffee bar
* Please return the access card to its designated location after use and before checkout
* Follow all posted community pool and playground rules
* Children should be supervised at all times
* Please be respectful of other residents and guests using shared community amenities

PARKING + COMMUNITY

* Follow all property and community parking instructions
* Do not block neighboring driveways, garages, sidewalks, or access areas
* Guests are responsible for parking violations, towing, or HOA fines caused by their party

🗑️ TRASH

* Trash pickup is Wednesday
* When applicable, bins should be placed out Tuesday evening
* Please follow any trash reminders sent during your stay
* Bins must be returned promptly after pickup to help avoid HOA violations

CARE OF THE HOME

Guests may be responsible for documented costs related to:

* Damage or missing items
* Excessive cleaning or trash
* Significant stains or persistent odors
* Damage to furniture, appliances, or amenities
* Conditions beyond normal use

Normal use and standard turnover cleaning are expected.

CHECKOUT

Before leaving:

* Secure doors and windows
* Return the garage opener and pool access card to their designated locations
* Follow trash instructions
* Turn off designated appliances or equipment
* Leave the home reasonably tidy

A full cleaning is not expected.

SAFETY + MAINTENANCE

Please notify UK Homes promptly of any damage, maintenance issue, access problem, or safety concern.

Do not disable safety equipment, make significant repairs, or alter property systems without approval.
