Typisches amerikanisches Durchschnittshotel ohne besondere Höhen und Tiefen. Für 1-2 Übernachtungen im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise völlig ausreichend, als Urlaubshotel eher ungeeignet.

in die Jahre gekommene Hotelanlage ohne Flair
Gute Lage zu Newport: mit dem Auto 10 Minuten Hotelanlage leicht runtergekommen, braucht dringend eine Renovierung - wie viele Holiday Inns aus meiner Erfahrung Frühstück in liebloser Umgebung ,schon früh war Speck leer und wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt, kein einladender Anblick des Buffets generell Ich fragte Personal nach einem großen Event in der Stadt ("Coaches-Meeting" alle 4 Jahre!): lapidar "keine Ahnung"; keine Bereitschaft, sich für uns zu erkundigen allerdings war das Zimmer sauber, ordentlich und in einigermaßen modernem Zustand

Sehr schönes Hotel mit insbesondere von unserem Kind geliebtem Pool. Hotel ist nicht unmittelbar am Strand und am "Hotspot" Newport, dafür aber etwas günstiger als die dortigen Hotels

Typisches amerikanisches Mittelklassehotel.
Wir haben auf der Durchreise mit einer dreiköpfigen Familie eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht, nachdem wir die "Newport Mansions" besucht haben. Das Hotel entsprach im Hinblick auf Lage, Ausstattung und Komfort unseren Erwartungen. Positiv überrascht haben uns zwei Dinge: das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem gab es ein bemerkenswert reichhaltiges kostenloses Frühstück in Büffetform: Pancakes, Muffins, verschiedene Brotsorten, Rührei mit Speck und Würstchen, Cerealien, frisches Obst und Säfte. Das ist in dieser Form in den USA nicht üblich und war daher sehr erfreulich.

Excellent property in a very nice location. Very convenient. Room as spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and we were pleased that it was open until 9:30 am

Older motel in good condition. The room was clean and comfortable.I would stay here again. I have stayed at other older big named motel chains that were not maintained in good condition. I will definitely look for a Holiday Inn Express next time I travel.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for OCS graduation. Tonie was the absolute best. She was attentive and very welcoming to me and my family. We almost missed the breakfast one morning and the team made sure we all had something to eat. It was a busy weekend but the team was very accommodating. Glenda kept our room nice and tidy. It was a great stay!!

Hotel did not have smart TV such an old style tv. We never watched any of our Netflix series. It has so boaring. I would not recommend anyone because does not have smart TV and nobody watch cable now a days.

Thank you! For the bathroom, next time we will promptly come to the room to remedy once we are alerted of the issue. For the refrigerator, there is a dial we can turn down, usually when it is turned to 3 or 4 it makes significantly less noise while still being cold. We hope to see you again!

All around great and comfortable. I would suggest however housekeeping check coffee supplies in rooms if staying more than one night. We had to go to the front desk to get more.

It was a great staycation. We loved the breakfast, especially tje quick pancake maker. The staff were all friendly. It was the fastest check-in I've ever experienced. The hotel was clean. The room was comfortable. The indoor pool isn't heated but my son enjoyed it.
