Terra, I am so sorry you had a problem with your stay. We do limit dogs to the first floor only for this very reason. We also, try to accommodate our guests with relocating if it is at all possible. Kimberly,Thank you for reaching out regarding your stay. I am truly sorry that you did not get the room type you reserved. Unfortunately we did not have the room type you requested available on the date of your arrival.. And while I realize our parking lot does not always appear to reflect a full house, we were full on the night you were here. We do hope you visit us again in the future.

I do agree with the way the TV is positioned. We had another television on the unit at the foot of the bed, but unfortunately, when we installed the new flooring running the cable has proved difficult. We are working on a solution for that problem. As for the shower, that is a roll in handicapped shower and is the required set up for the room type. We do hope you come again in the future.
