„Perfekte Lage im Zentrum von Middlebury. Große, aber sehr einfache Zimmer, teilweise in Motel-ähnlichem Nebenhaus. Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8:00. Zimmer war zur angegebenen Check-in Zeit noch nicht fertig. “

„The property is excellent for many but almsot inaccessible for older guests. The stairs to the 2nd floor are narrow and difficult to manage with luggage. The registration staff was totally indifferent, not only not welcoming but making it clear we were a disruption. Watching us struggle to take the baggage upsatirs he did not respond. The room was fine and check-out was pleasantbut asw an 80 year old I'd hestitaqte to return.“

„The hosts are welcoming, the B&B is cozy and clean, and the breakfast is delicious. This is an old house from the 1800’s with all the charm you would expect, but completely renovated to have all the modern conveniences and very clean. The wood burning fireplace is so inviting. The breakfast is not your typical breakfast. It is a three course delight. We stayed 2 nights. The location is fabulous - walking distance to everything you need in Waitsfield and right on the river. Our kiddos loved running around on the property and playing with the cat and bunnies. We’d recommend staying here and hope to visit again someday!“

„They call this a cabin, but this is more a rustic house in my opinion, but maybe because I don't have a great opinion of cabins in general, lol. The fenced in yard was perfect for my pug dogs. I was shocked at how well stocked this place was. They had items in the kitchen that I didn't know existed. I only slept in one of the beds, but it was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy and so nice. If this is available for next year's event weekend, I'll reserve again. “
