„The property is excellent for many but almsot inaccessible for older guests. The stairs to the 2nd floor are narrow and difficult to manage with luggage. The registration staff was totally indifferent, not only not welcoming but making it clear we were a disruption. Watching us struggle to take the baggage upsatirs he did not respond. The room was fine and check-out was pleasantbut asw an 80 year old I'd hestitaqte to return.“

„Perfekte Lage im Zentrum von Middlebury. Große, aber sehr einfache Zimmer, teilweise in Motel-ähnlichem Nebenhaus. Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8:00. Zimmer war zur angegebenen Check-in Zeit noch nicht fertig. “

„3 Übernachtungen bei kurzer Neuengland Rundreise auf der Station "White Mountains". Familiär geführtes Haus mit fabelhafter Eigentümerfamilie, die den Gast professionell und sehr persönlich umsorgt und mit Tipps für den Tag versorgt. Frühstück als kleines Menü und nachmittags sehr, sehr leckeres,frisches Hausgebackenes. Leider, ortsüblich, nicht billig.“

„Everything was clean and quiet. There were 2 negatives. One was that it was not possible to walk from the second floor to the lobby - had to take elevator. Second negative that absolutely no refreshments were provided without charge - at other inns where I stay, coffee and water are available free of charge. At most of them, some sort of breakfast is provided. Nothing free here!“
