Llangoed Hall was far and away the best - not just during this trip, but any of the trips I have been on in recent years. The level of comfort and service was outstanding, and both the hotel and the area it is in are beautiful. If I am back in Wales, I would return to Llangoed Hall in a heartbeat.“

„I was going to visit the Brecon Mountain Railway and I needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. Luckily, I chose the Butchers Arms. The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. The beer was wonderful especially the Butty Bach (little friend in Welsh). “
