„Restaurant closed very early, there was no way to get any food. Elevator at the front door didn't work properly. Then they gave ma a room that was the most far away room you can imagine although I had super heavy luggage and despite the fact that the hotel wasn't booked out. The room was not heated and super cold. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. When I had breakfast and walked away to get a second coffee someone put a bottle with cleaning detergent on my bench and didn't show up anymore. ...

„Even though the exterior of the restaurant and accommodation are undergoing refurbishment we had a lovely stay at the coach and horses @ Castleton. The Room was perfect for our two night stay and the optional breakfast was delicious.“

„The servis staff in restaurant were very competent, helpful and frendly. I enjoyed the dinner and the time very much. And the staff of reception and spa were also competent and frendly. My room was 6F. The view was pretty good, but the whole windows were dirty, unfortunarely. I'd be happier with clean ones. And my room telephon did kotvwork to call reception.“

„Unglaublich freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Zimmer sehr sauber. Einziges Kriterium unser Zimmer lag direkt über dem Pub und Eingangsbereich. Man hatte nicht wirklich Ruhe. Mit Ohropax war Schlafen dann möglich. Ansonsten würde ich diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. “

„Friendly staff welcomed me. Room not available till 15:00 biut thaty was OK. Mostly disappointed by breakfast not served till 08:00 on weekends, since I had to get a train at 08:50 and don't like being rushed.“

„Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, ist aber gut zu finden.Die Zimmer und das Bad sind groß und gut ausgestattet.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das gekochte Frühstück war außerordentlich gut, es wäre allerdings schön, wenn es die Option gäbe, nur Continental für einen geringeren Preis wählen zu können, jeden Tag Eier und Speck sind auch nicht ideal.“
