„We did have a few little issues but communication was very quick to respond. I suggest they get a new cleaning crew. The frig was missed and it was noticeable that something had spilled inside the frig. The house is as listed. The linens where clean and ample towels where provided. We would stay here again.“

„This was a nice rental for our family trip to Detroit. It had all the things we needed-full kitchen with dishes, laundry, bathrooms as well as central air (we stayed in June 2023). It’s a historic house, so it has a different feel than a modern house, but it had all the amenities that were needed. The only thing that could be somewhat of an issue is the iron railings on the stairs for little ones or the elderly. „This was a wonderful stay, we visited the University of Michigan for a visit and dance team clinic. The location was perfect close to everything, shops, restaurants, and bars. The property was clean and comfortable and Dina the host was responsive and helpful. Coming back in my next stay at Ann Arbor“

„We were there for UofM graduation and this house was a great place to stay without being in Ann Arbor. There was plenty of room for all of us. My only complaint is that the house seems to be in process of getting some improvements that are much needed. Things like paint, fixtures, some small holes in the walls were definitely due to be fixed or replaced. It was clean overall.“

"Haben das Hotel kurzfristig gebucht,da unser Flug ausgefallen ist... Leider kann ich die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen! Die Matratzen waren fest und es ließ sich gut darauf schlafen,war aber auch das Einzig Possitive. An Sauberkeit lässt das Hotel zu wünschen: Flecken auf dem Bettlaken,Kissen und er Decke,einfach eklig! Auch insgesammt vom Zimmereindruck sehr "abgewoht"und in die Jahre gekommen,sollte dringlichst renoviert werden! Beim Frühstücksbuffet ging der Toaster nicht und auch das Ei war kalt,was wohl an einem Fehler inder Stromversorgung lag... Die Haustechnik war wärend dem Frühstück zu Gange,ABER trotzdem gabs keinen warmen Bagel 7der Toast..... "
