„The property is conveniently located by Publix. There is also a large selection of nearby food options. The rooms were all a good size. The multiple living areas is perfect for families with different interests. House was super clean. It would have been nice to have some extra blankets for tv time. Only thing I would change is the grill. Slightly disappointed it was a charcoal grill versus a gas grill. “

„Claudia's townhouse was perfect for me and by 9 year old daughter. Very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Claudia was super communicative and helpful. We had a lovely week there.“

„Fantastic home. Fantastic amenities. The size of the house was awesome and the pool-hot tub area is very well done. One small thing: in a perfect world, it would have been nice to have a tv or two in the bedrooms, but overall, my stay was great! Highly recommend.“

„We stayed for 3 nights - four days with 8 adults and 10 children 13 and under. Wonderful space! We invited other relatives to spend the day and we could celebrate a birthday. It was special and very comfortable. We liked in special of the spacious kitchen downstairs, the game space and the beautiful pool. We also walked around the neighborhood and loved the place.Thank you to the hosts and we plan on coming back.“

„We weren’t able to make our stay ,due to an unforeseen unfortunate situation that accrued the day/evening before leaving, the host was absolutely wonderful to communicate with and work with, thru out or talks. We will be planning to revisit and rebook this home probably june 2026 as I look for our new home/residence in Florida.“

„Amazing!! Absolutely beautiful home! Clean and everything we needed for our stay! Perfect location! Steps down to the lake with shallow water. Was able to park and achor our jet skis. The water was a little low to park at the docks. We had the best time here and would definitely stay again! “

„Loved this quiet and spacious property! With a yummy donut place across the street and lots of outside space, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Hosts were very responsive, even with a question we had late in the evening. Safe and quiet, but close to activities and dining. “

„We stayed in Gainesville during July 4th and needed to book a place that would accommodate not only my husband and me, but also our little pup-pups. As I was also going to UF SHands (just a few minutes away) - it was perfect. It was well appointed and clean. The neighbors were also SO NICE - especially as I had just come out of surgery and part of a tree fell, and they rushed out and took care of it and told me not to do anything! „Everything was great with newer appliances and a nice Keurig coffee maker with plenty of coffee pods,nice fenced in rear yard with table and chairs and a real clean gas grill, 3 regular size bedrooms and a large on with comfortable bedding,we will be back soon!“
