I came all by myself and this place allows you to get in touch with others really quickly, met many people in the same sutioation. Its a bummer tho that their own bar and the pools close around 12ish pm

Unsicher es wird gesagt dass es alles sicher ist Mann muss eine Schloss kaufen und diese Fach unter denn Bett aber wenn Mann das gemacht hat jeder kann die Matratze und Gitter Bett Metal Lattenrost hoch heben und alles raus nehmen. Darauf habe ich denn Hotel Management angeschossen dann hiess es das angeblich wüssten sie nicht der bitten mir dann mein Koffer in storege room zur bringen neben reception in wen ich brauche jedesmal von dort nehmen an die zweite Stock und wieder zurück bringen nach unten . Selbst dort ist unsicher weil in meinem Koffer worden mir 409- Dollar geklaut denn hates nicht mal interessieren mit mir zur reden die meinten sie haben keine Versicherung für so was ich kann Polizei Anrufen und einen biebstall Fall eröffnen schwachsinnig und dumm . unprofessionell unfreundlich nur Manager kann richtig englisch Rest sehr schlechtes englisch.ich finden sie sollten vorher eure Kunden darauf hinweisen das es so schlimme ist befor die bei euch buchen und ich wurde von Hotel rausgeschmissen auf der Strasse 4 Tage vor meine Rückkehr so musste ich selbst Hotel dort finden und neue . buche taxi bestellen bezahlen und dort fahren Sehr dringend bitte ich euch mich zur kontaktieren weil ich weil ich dass erste mal bei euch gebucht habe und ist alles ist schiefgelaufen habe viel Geld Zeit und Nerven verloren und beim ersten Buchung die ich wegen Unfall auf den weg zum Flughafen könnte ich denn Flug nicht eintreten musste storniert werden von 1189.- CHF bekam ich 453.-chf

Ich war zum ersten Mal in einem Hostel und ich bin sehr froh das ich dieses gebucht habe. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich war 1 Woche dort in einem 6 Frauen Schlafsaal und für den Preis super. Würde dieses Hostel wieder buchen.

It was my first experience in a hostel and it was awesome, place was very affordable, clean and surprisingly quiet at night thus had no issues sleeping. I’d definitely go back to this location and want to check out their other locations in Central America.

BEST hostel ever! My first time staying at a Hostel on a solo trip and it was the best experience ever! Compared to the hotel i switched out from paying 4 times more for a night, Viajero was clean, Mayra and Salma at check-in were so kind and explained all the facilities at front desk which made the stay so much special as I knew what to expect. They also have activities everyday which made me some great new friends. My stay was worth every penny! I'm already planning my next stay here and other Viajero locations (so cool its a chain of hostels!). LOVE LOVE LOOOVVEEDD ITT.

This was my first hostel experience and I had very low expectations. Surprisingly enough Viajero exceeded these expectations by a stretch! The room was super clean, met amazing people and we hung around a bunch, it was surprisingly quiet! First 2 nights I only used the ear plugs that they offer at the check in counter btw, but the second 2 nights I didn’t even use anything! And I’m a very light sleeper. From what I learnt is that most hostels do not have such facilities. There was a lot of events made to keep the travelers occupied and mingle with each other. If there was a Viajero in the countries I visit I would definitely hit it! It’ll be hard to beat what they have. Last but not least, the staff are super friendly and they help as much as they can. Namely Salma and Fakundo they made the experience very smooth and appreciative!

The property is in a great location, close to everything. I felt safe. I was in a women's dorm. There are 6 beds per dorm and only 1 bathroom. Was a little difficult to use restroom with that many people in room.
