The Space:

This unit features a south-facing balcony with stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean. Just a block from the beach, it offers proximity to vibrant nightlife, dining, and shopping. With one King-sized Bed, a private bathroom, and TV, it accommodates 2 guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, beach access, and free shuttle service.

Mandatory Resort Fee (per day):

● 1–7 nights: $30 per day

● 8–14 nights: $25 per day

● 15–29 nights: $20 per day

● 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day



Incidental Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable)

A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.

The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.

Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.





🚗Valet Parking (Paid at the Resort) (Regular size vehicles)

Drop off your car at the valet counter located on the ground floor. Car pickup will be on the 3rd floor of the parking garage.

● 1–7 days: $28 per day, per vehicle, plus taxes

● 8–10 days: $25 per day, per vehicle, plus taxes

● 11–19 days: $250 per stay, per vehicle, plus taxes

● 20–30 days: $295 per stay, per vehicle, plus taxes

When a vehicle, due to its size, requires more than one parking space, the valet must charge for both spaces.
