BEACH ACCESS - The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (included in resort fee).

UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES:

1. Resort Fee is $40 + tax per night
2. Valet Parking is $40 + tax per night
3. Security Deposit is $110 per night (to be paid at the front desk during check-in using a Credit/Debit card, refundable upon check-out). The Security Deposit is mandatory for all the guests.**

EV Charger is available and guest have to pay for it separately.

**Credit card and ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. Hotel front desk will place a hold of $110 on your credit card at the time of check in. ***Late check-out fee is $120 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
