💳 Security Deposit (refundable):
• $250 due at check-in (credit card only)
• Refunded within 5–7 business days after checkout (subject to inspection)
• Timing may vary by financial institution

🚗 Valet Parking (optional):
• 1–7 days: $35/day
• 8+ days: $30/day
• Monthly: $650
• 6+ months: $480/month
