Located in the heart of South Beach, Boulan is less than a 2 minute walk from the ocean, & features a rooftop pool with majestic city views. This 950 sq. ft. City View Suite of contemporary sophistication, has an airy, open floor plan. Located in the Boulan Hotel, the building features a fitness center, Rooftop Pool and Jacuzzi that has a panoramic view of the Miami Beach Skyline as well as a Garden Terrace where you can enjoy Breakfast & Brunch from Orange Blossom. They also have a Live Band on Fridays-Sundays and serve Happy Hour everyday from 4-6pm.

Guest Access:

Getting Around:
Navigating Miami Beach from our suite is a breeze. Public transportation options are readily available, with bus stops located within a short walking distance. The Miami Beach Trolley offers a convenient way to explore the area, with frequent routes along Collins Avenue and Washington Avenue. For those arriving by air, Miami International Airport (MIA) is approximately a 25-minute drive away, depending on traffic. Parking is available at the Boulan Hotel, with valet and self-parking options. Please inquire at the concierge desk for current rates and availability. The building's entrance for parking is located on Collins Avenue and 20th Street.

Please note: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Parking is available at the Boulan Hotel; please inquire at the concierge desk for current rates. The entrance to the parking is located on Collins Avenue and 20th Street. As a reminder, this is a non-smoking suite. We kindly ask that you respect our quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Please be advised that from Monday, September 8th, 2025 until Thursday, September 18th, 2025, the Rooftop Pool at Boulan South Beach will be closed for maintenance.

During this period, guests will have access to the Private Beach Club daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In addition, our sister property, The Plymouth Hotel, will be extending their pool services for Boulan guests from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The Plymouth Hotel is within walking distance from Boulan. Directions are available at the Reception.
