Leider nicht wie auf den Bildern! Wir hatten ein Apartment, welches nicht sauber, die Betten und die Schlafcouch absolut durchgelegen und eigentlich gar nicht benutzbar waren und der Kühlschrank und Badezimmer ein Horror waren.

Not sure why you gave us a 2 but it would be highly appreciated if you contacted us before your check out. We could have helped for any issue. Beside that we are a in a very good location with an absolutely good price, do not expect luxury but we can guarantee our rooms are clean and super cozy!

Estaba todo súper sucio, roto, oxidado con olor a humedad, almohadas con manchas de sangre, suelo rayado, los muelles de la cama llenos de mugre, la ducha con moho y oxidada, el wc lleno de manchas, sucio y la cadena se soltaba cada vez, la puerta del baño con remaches y las bisagras con óxido, la nevera sucia y súper vieja con mucho ruido, el microondas no funcionaba. Las fotos serán de hace años porque la realidad es bien distinta. No lo recomiendo en absoluto a nadie.

Good potential with some more care
Great location and cute little place however parking is a bit challenging. It wasn’t as clean as it should be with urine in the floor by the toilet and large amounts of dust built up in fans (I have asthmas so not good). A sign on the frig says dishes are not sanitized although there is a cute little dishwasher. The coffee maker didn’t work and there is no lighting in the atrium entry so bring a flashlight so you can see to walk up and down stairs and open the door at night.

Great location - place is a little dated but for the money is fair enough . Stayed there on 2 separate occasions first time was great second time the people below us spent the evening shouting and banging doors and smashing glass . Not the owners fault but otherwise great location and perfectly acceptable apartment for the money for 6 people in that location .

I'm so pleased by staying at this place. l'II definitely recommend to my friends too. It’s nice, big and clean apartment with all amenities you need at the super convenient location and for a reasonable price. The owners are nice and helpful, easy to communicate with. In overall I’m more than satisfied and recommend to everyone this beautiful spot in the heart of south beach.

Perfect location and for the price it was worth it . Miami is very expensive and this place was reasonable for the price . The apartment does need updating as it’s pretty tired but it was clean and perfectly acceptable for a large family of 6 . The plus side is really the location and we only slept in the room , no cooking or anything. Thanks for great communication.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Kitchen doesn’t have basic chopping board. Stove was not working properly and has to struggle a lot to turn it on. Area of property is very small so was getting very congested. Parking is very costly near to this area as property doesn’t have any parking garage of its own.

The only thing I liked was the location. Disappointed at the cleanliness and maintenance of the unit. The sheets for both the bed and sofa were dirty found hair, dust and stains on them. We bought bedding because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the bed sheets. We bought Clorox wipes and air fresheners because the place smelled as if it had been unoccupied for a long time. The walls and furniture had stains as well. Pictures on the website are definitely old. If the unit and property were to be done constantly the place would be nice.

Liked the courtyard but no chairs to sit? No stove... Well there was a countertop stove, but it was broken. The microwave shuts off after 45 secs, EVERY TIME. There was limited, but still, mildew in both showers. There was plenty of space, plenty of beds. There were not covers on 2 beds however. I didn't expect the Ritz, but also didn't expect budget inn. Loved the location, will try and find something close to the area next time, just not here. Wifi didn't work either, but that's no big deal.

Let’s start with missing glass in front window. Property looks abandoned from outside. Missing glass gives access to window lock from outside, and anyone can enter unit without extra effort. No towels, sheets with holes. Place looks run down. Far cry from 3 stars rating on description.

Perfect location for shopping, eating, and walking to the beach. Great set up for family of six. Air conditioning would have been nice, but fans were available. Recommend better kitchen fan to remove cooking odors. Furnishings could use a refresh. Enjoyed the Roku, YouTube and other TV options. The property owner was very friendly and responsive to our requests via text and email. No street parking, but a garage for $25 per day was a 6 minute walk away. I'd likely stay here again if traveling with 5 or 6 people.

This place was great to accommodate my sister and her large family for one night. The night before we were to cruise the Royal Caribbean. It's a lil hard to find, it was dark, you pay for both street parking and parking lot the beds were decent, not like Marriot or Hilton, but like camping. It works to get that necessary rest for large family.
