Hope you could just have called Expedia so we could have offered to rectify the situation by sending Housekeeping or Maintenance or by offering a new unit to fix the issue. Thank you for leaving a review. Cleanliness is an important aspect in hospitality and missing this mark is very frustrating to me as well. We have already met with our cleaning team to avoid this issue from happening again. All of our units are sprayed by a professional and licensed extermination company on a monthly basis. But because of the climate bugs and roaches cannot be totally eradicated. I am glad that you are satisfied with our communication. Excellent communication is very important to us. This way we are assured that we are giving the proper service that you deserve. We appreciate your feedback.
