Really average. Shower very noce although all the water spill out the glass walls. Massive gap onto the sliding door between the room and the toilet- you can see through. No lock of the toilet door.

Disappointing room size and bathroom
Pool was extremely small and gets a lot of shade in the afternoon. I booked a two queen bed room. The room was pretty small and so was the bathroom. The bathroom was very dark and had a missing light above the sink. The sink leaked all over the floor after any use. The bathroom sliding door was a heavy barn type style door and ours was extremely loud. Could not close it in the middle of the night because it was so noisy it would wake everyone up. The room did have a mini fridge to use. Our floor did not have a working ice machine or any ice machine.

Great service
Great service just got off a cruise at 8am and they were great in letting us check in way early to let us go to our room and rest after a long cruise week. Next cruise I be staying there before and after

I came here for a one week business trip and was very disappointed by the lounge area. However they gave me access to the executive lounge on the top floor and a very nice room. Eduardo at reception was very helpful.
The hotel is well located for Brickell and close to Mary Brickell village. There's a bit of noise from the nearby train station though. The food was good and a special mention for the service of Jewel!
