Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es wurde das Konzept von Anfang bis Ende durchgezogen. Für Autofahrer gibt es auf dem benachbarten Parkplatz Stellplätze, die zu dem Hotel gehören. Preis-/Leistung ist hier auf jeden Fall gegeben.

The staff was great and friendly. Loved that we were able to check in early for a fee. The floors were dirty, I normally like to take off my shoes when I go into the rooms. I had to wear my sandals when getting off the bed. Walls are thin, could hear other tenants use their TVs late at night.

Happily stumbled upon this unique and historic hotel. First time in Miami and I am so pleased I found a spot rich in history and culture. The owner was working the front desk and told us about other properties she owns and her future plans for the hotel. She has a fantastic vision for the future while remembering the past. Do not pass it up.

Had everything we needed and couldn’t have been happier with the experience! Tyler was awesome and helped us whenever we needed something and was there to let us in when we came back to the hotel after a night out in Miami. It isn’t the fanciest but works great if you’re looking for something a little more budget friendly. Publix is walking distance from the hotel which was very convenient for us too. We will be back!

This was a fantastic find. Not only was it comfortable and convenient to stay at…the staff was ultra friendly and helpful, parking is included, there are several restaurants that are open until 10pm within walking distance, the breakfast is a continental one (which is all anyone needs to start the day with) AND it has a beautiful backyard that you can simply “chill” in to relax. A green escape from the concrete jungle. We will definitely be staying here again!!!!

Het is een goeie uitvalbasis om Miami te verkennen. Het hotelpersoneel is ook zeer vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Je kan uw wagen ook gratis parkeren op de parkeerplaatsen naast het hotel. Het eige nadeel van het hotel is het ontbijt. Dit is eigenlijk geen ontbijt, maar gwn een donut, wat yoghurt en koffie uit een wegwerp beker. Voor de rest geen klachten van het hotel. Alles was ook proper en net

We did not like it. We had another reservation, but for some reson it got cancelled, and they moved us to this hotel. The room we had, need an upgrade. The breakfast was really bad. Just boilled egg, coffe, apple and cereal in a bag. No bread. The staff was ok. One actually tried to give us his own bread for breakfast. We did not feel safe outside the hotel, but it was just a feeling. Never going back.

It was fine but could use some general maintenance. The hooks in the bathroom needed to be replaced. There were no hooks or glasses in the bathroom. We had to ask for toilet paper. Place had a lot of charm and the staff were very warm and welcoming. It was okay for a one night stay.

First room we had had 2-3 roaches we showed the workers pictures, moved to another room and the shower was dirty. Had no choice to stay but just felt dirty being there.

I will be back.
The moment I walked into this hotel, I felt at home. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and inviting. The hotel itself is a great relief from the plasticized versions I have experienced in the chain hotels or the ambience one expects to find in a chic boutique hotel. Each room has a name and each name has a deep history and depth that must be experienced to truly be appreciated. This was my first time to Miami and I am grateful that I had the privilege to stay here.

At first the staff was excellent in every way. The historic nature of the property was outstanding. The area outside of the hotel suffering. The rooms were good and the issues with broken fixtures were brought to the staffs attention.

Worst hotel experience I’ve had in my travels. I checked in about 8:30 pm. I had booked a room with 2 queens for myself and my friends, who were arriving later. Upon arrival, no one was at the front desk, and staff walked out a few minutes later to check me in. He informed me they were out of rooms with 2 queens, but we could have 2 rooms with 1 king bed each. He gave me the door codes and pointed me to the rooms. I looked in both rooms, threw some snacks on one of the beds for my friends, and threw my stuff down and sat down for a minute in the other room. I was planning to go out for an event and some food, but staff knocked on my door just a few mins after I walked in and said he may have to relocate me to another room with 2 queens, he was figuring it out with his manager. I was understanding at first. He then returned and said that another guest reservation specifically wanted one of those 2 rooms, so he might have to relocate me to a completely different hotel, which I expressed my displeasure over. I had already ordered some food for delivery as well. Just before 10 pm, staff came to my room and said he had made a reservation for us at another hotel, and that we had to go there. He had removed my snacks from the other room, which there were now guests in. Staff refused to compensate me for my ride I needed to the new hotel, which was about 1.5 miles away by street. He did not offer any kind of compensation in any way, and I barely received an apology. 0/5, stay away.
