Traumhaftes Hotel! Sogar mit Küche und allem! Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, ist dass es keinen Zimmerservice gab. Wir hatten gott sei dank ein Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmern, sodass wir 4 große Handtücher hatten und am 2. Tag dann auch schöne sauber Handtücher hatten. Die Küche ist ein Traum! :-) Wirtklich tolles Hotel! :-)

Nettes Hotel in Strandnähe
Das Hotel liegt in Key Biscayne (Gemeinde im Miami-Dade County) umringt von vielen teuren Anlagen. Im Umfeld ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Keine Probleme mit W-LAN. Schöner Pool. Punktabzug gibt es für die zusätzlichen 25 $ Ressort-Gebühren (wozu???). Insgesamt - insbes. wegen der Lage- Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis noch gut.

O.K. für Zwischenaufenthalt
Wir hatten ein großzügiges 2-Zi-Appartement. Erster Eindruck war durchaus positiv. Abzüge in der B-Note, weil das Zimmer am nächsten Tag nicht aufgeräumt wurde, kein Toilettenpapier mehr vorhanden war, das 3. Bett für unseren Kleinen nicht gemacht war (auf Anfrage bekamen wir aber Bettzeug) und auch die Basisausstattung der Küche unvollständig. So kann man einen Lappen für den Abwasch, ebenso wie etwas Spülmittel erwarten. Alles in allem für 175 € die Nacht nicht entsprechend. Für 120 € hätt's 4 Punkte gegeben, so in Summe "nur" 3.

The A/C did not work. Upstairs where the bed is located was over 80 Fahrenheit. Asked if we could switch rooms the next morning and they said they would turn off the A/C and let it defrost. They never apologized or offered to switch our room. We ended up leaving and booking a room in another hotel. We were never offered a new room or a refund for our second night. Stay away from this place.

Given the very limited options in Key Biscayne, this is a decent choice for budget minded folks. I was nervous reading some of the reviews, but I found the property clean, outlets worked and the AC was excellent. It is definitely an older property that could use some updates, but the staff was friendly and responsive once we arrived. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but if you want an inexpensive stay with beach access, this works well!

Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by confusion. There was no clear signage indicating that we had arrived at our destination—quite unsettling when you expect the welcoming banner of a reputable establishment. We were left second-guessing whether we'd made the correct entrance. We barely stifled our disbelief as we reluctantly ventured into the lobby. There, professionalism and cleanliness seemed to lack any sort of priority. The aroma that greeted us was a mix of stale air and an undefinable, offensive odor. The feeling of neglect was inescapable, and things only spiraled downward from there. The elevator's interior was appalling, bearing marks of long-neglected maintenance. A sense of disgust crept over us, and trepidation grew at what awaited us in our supposedly curated room. Nothing could have prepared us for the sight that met our eyes as we opened our room door. Instead of a spruced-up and welcoming space as advertised, we were slammed with a stench that could only be described as a fusion of decay and neglect. The room was a far cry from the beautiful pictures we'd seen on Expedia. From the filthy carpets to the dingy bedding, it seemed as though no effort had been made to clean or upkeep the room for decades. We noted broken tiles, stains, and a general lack of hygiene that was nothing short of shocking. Nothing like the pictures! The worst experience I ever had! To those considering a stay here, I implore you—look elsewhere.

They had ppl living there is was like condo style the lock an the front door was veey flimsy you couldn't get in contact with anyone the front desk was closed at 830 although they claimed it was open till 1130pm there was hair from rhe previous person. Our loft apartment was accurate according to the description. Very clean. Quiet. No issues with property. Minimal kitchen or apartment amenities. The staff was very accommodating and gave good local recommendations. I would certainly go back, it's a good value.

This property is an apartment complex and it was kind of cool to have a whole apartment and not be in a hotel. But they were lacking. There is a 1" gap under the front door where you can fit fingers in. No stopper in the kitchen sink. The kitchen faucet leaks HORRIBLY. The water goes all over the kitchen counter. No towels provided for the kitchen. The dishwasher soap left on the counter was compromised and ruined. The silverware left for us to use was dirty. No hand towels provided for the bathroom. The living room TV does not work by the remote, you have to use the buttons on the TV. The glass on the TV table is not properly installed. The safe is locked shut and cannot be opened. The furniture is nice but the building is aged and needs to be updated. The kitchen needs to be better stocked and the front door needs to be replaced.

Refrigerator did not work was very warm inside and smelled. Unable to use and lost food we had with us during our stay. AC was set at 77 and it was warm inside the 2 story room. Lowered AC temp but not working. Overall 1 star. Staff was good. Someone needs to go through every room and pay attention to detail and make sure everything works.

The unit we stayed in had a terrible musty odor. The toilet didn’t flush well and the shower barely had any water pressure. We did mention the toilet and shower issue to the staff. We were told maintenance would check it out but they never did. Also, the unit was very outdated with very minimal uncomfortable furniture. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart and dirty. I would not recommend staying here. The parking and location were the only positives.

The smoke alarm low battery went off every night at 2 am making for a poor night’s sleep. They changed the battery but it was still broken. No one is there working on Saturdays to address issues.
