Leider miefig und nicht sauber
In der Wohnung stank es nach Zigarettenrauch und es war nicht wirklich sauber. Die Kleiderbügel waren so Rauchverklebt das wir sie erst mal ausgiebig reinigen mussten bevor Kleidung aufgegangen werden konnte....

All you need for a longer stay
Stayed there a month for business. Nice, big apartment with all utensils needed. Couldn’t ask for more. The location is superb. If you have a longer stay and look for an apartment instead of a hotel room, I would totally recommend it. The building looks a little worn down from the outside but it is actually nice inside, so don’t make up your opinion by just evaluating the building.

Eifach Spitze und super Lage
Die späte Eincheckzeit (16:00 Uhr) und die etwas umständliche Prozedur in der überdimensionalen Eingangshalle haben unsere Stimmung zunächst gedämpft. Als wir dann aber die Suite im 25. Stock betraten - mit der phantastischen Aussicht über ganz Miami - waren wir entzückt und begeistert. Absolute Spitze! Alles liebevoll hergerichtet. Der Tisch war gedeckt. Es fehlte an nichts. Super Pool im 9. Stock. Praktisch auch der eigene Pkw-Stellplatz im eigenen Parkhaus nebenan. Tipp: Mit der Mini Metro-Hochbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe kann man kostenlos ganz Miami erreichen!

Einfach nur Hammer!!!
Man darf kein klassisches Hotel erwarten. Es ist ein Appartementhaus. Aber es ist super gelegen. Es ist sauber und sehr luxuriös eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause und hat auch die gleichen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Räume sind groß, die Küche ist toll und es gibt sogar Wadchmaschine und Trockner. Der Ausblick ist der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn. Das Auto steht sicher in der Tiefgarage und man hat 24h Service über die Rezeption.

Tolle, zentrale Lage!!!
Es handelt sich hier um ein Appartementhaus mit komplett eingerichteten Wohnungen, inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner. Über das Personal kann man nicht soviel sagen, da es im riesigen Foyer nur einen "Pförtner" gibt, der aber für das ganze Haus "One Broadway" die Leute reinlässt und bei jeder Frage an das o.g. Hotel verweist, die aber keinen Mitarbeiter vor Ort haben und nur telefonisch erreichbar sind! Saubermacht wurde in den Tagen nie und die Reinigungskräfte die man trifft sind für das Churchill nicht zuständig!

großzügige appartements midtown miami
wir waren im september 8 tage in miami . das preis/ leistungs verhältnis in diesem appartrement ist top und schlägt jedes hotel, wir hatten 1 one bedromm appartement, ca 85qm mit balkon, voll ausgestattete küche, washer und dryer. parken war inclusive. pool, fitness, billiard etc alles inclusive, zutritt nur mit karte, also alles gesichert.lage ideal für uns , wir haben mal 1 jahr in miami gewohnt und wollten nicht nach miami beach, sondern midtown, wo früherer arbeitsplatz, wohnung etc. liegt, also eine nostalgiereise.aber auch miami beach ist mit dem auto in 15 minuten erreicht.einziges minus, die bäder, besonders die duschen könnten moderner sein, sind allerdings auch sehr sauber, ausreichend handtücher vorhanden, duschgel etc ebenfalls. geschirrspülmittel etc auch alles vorhanden.es fehlte an nichts. (appartements kein hotel), daher trotz der etwas ältlichen dusch volle 5 sterne.

Toller Apartmentkomplex. Sehr gepflegt. Apartments voll ausgestattet. Zu Fuss sind Restaurants und Shops gut erreichbar. Die Waschmaschine war ein riesen Plus für unseren Aufenthalt. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir hatten das Churchhill Suites für die ersten 3 Nächte in Miami gebucht. Man dar nicht nch Churhill Suites suchen, sondern nach One Broadway Ausschau halten :-) Aber das Navy findet die Adresse -) Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Apartment mit allem was dazu gehört, grosser Küche, grosses Wohnzimmer, Balkon, Bad un Schlafzimmer. Sogar ein typischer Ami-Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelspender war vorhanden :-) Ich kann diese Apartments nur empfehlen, sie sind sauber und gross und nicht weit weg von Downtown und Miami Beach.

Terrible stay, we found trash from previous guest in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Called for help , they didnt even send somebody to clean it up. Then they moved us to a second apartment, tv screen was broken. They changed it after 2 days. We got a chance to go back to our countries because we got stranded in miami because of the corona virus, they said they could not refund the days we had left.TERRIBLE DONT SATY HERE

As for daily cleaning, since we are not a traditional hotel, we do not offer complimentary cleaning daily, but we do offer a one-time complimentary cleaning for stays that are 7 nights or longer. We enjoyed the balcony view on the 30th floor. We did not enjoy that our neighbor were smoking marijuana and the strong smell as we walk to and from our room. As far as the overall cleanliness of the apartment were not as clean as we anticipated. Floors were sticky and dirty! We walk bare feet and our feet were black by the end of the night! Call customer requesting an extra bathroom tissue and The lady said “it’s not a hotel service our crew already left for the day! This is horrible customer service, we never got our toilet paper and ended up going to the lobby to use the bathroom for two days straight! Very disappointed, will not return.

The front desk and our company, Churchill Suites, are separate entities and this building does not offer supplies or cleanings as we provide these directly with our guests. Since we are not a traditional hotel and this apartment is located in a residential building, there are times that issues do arise and we would certainly discuss anything like this with building management immediately and work toward resolving the issue. We could've and would've certainly sent the cleaners back to your apartment to re clean the floors and do apologize for your findings. We're not sure who you spoke with regarding extra toilet paper and we're sorry to hear this. Our customer service reps are generally a pleasure to speak with and are available 24/7 to answer any of your questions. We do our best to resolve any requests as soon as we receive communication to our Customer Service phone or 877 office number. We do offer complimentary welcome packets which generally provide all you will need during your stay with us and can provide any additional products upon request. Again, we're sorry for the issues you mentioned and hope to have an opportunity to host you again with a more pleasant outcome and experience as many of our guests have received in the past. Thank you.

The apartments are really beatiful and located close to eating and nightlife. The ceilings a tall and the rooms spacious. Our bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby.

Property was actually really nice the room I stayed in had dirty tiles in the bathroom, dishes was not washed properly like it was a rushed job. Not enough dish washer products no tv in the second bedroom. Plus is the great view , good walking and driving distance from south beach and necessities

the train was VERY noisy even with the patio door closed. Also my sheets were 😱 that I didn’t even notice until I was checking out looking for my phone. Luckily I didn’t sleep in my bed and fell asleep in the living room.

Seems more like an air bnb property. Some of the appliances didnt work. No maid service at all. We had to reuse the same dirty towels and no additional soaps and shampoos were made available. Family of 4. Our other apt came without wash rags. We checked in at night. No real help from reception. All help would need to come from offices that closed at 4pm. Overall disappointing.

Tuve un problema serio con el baño y una fuga de agua. La respuesta del responsable de las suites fue PÉSIMA y tardada. Puras verdades a medias, y realmente NO resolvieron nada. He rentado en estas suites mas de 10 veces.. no las vuelvo a usar ni nadie de mi compañía!

The stay was decent but won’t stay there again
The stay was ok. The staff was rude on the day of check-In. We had to wait until after 4pm because they said they couldn’t verify my payment when the room was paid for back in June. I had a receipt and confirmation for proof and we still had to wait until somebody verified everything. The front desk worker really don’t know nothing. We couldn’t request extra towels from them instead had to call a 1800 number and then they didn’t want to give more towels, saying it was washing powder in the room. So I had to purchase more washing powder just to wash towels because it was trip with 5 females. The one pack of washing powder provided wasn’t enough to do anything with. And they never gave us 5 wash towels to begin with. So I suggest you bring your own bath towels. The condo was decent and I enjoyed the view but that was about it.

Honestly, this property was amazing. The view was perfect and we loved the balcony. We walked into the hotel and we were greeted immediately! The concierge were great and very quick. When we entered our room it smelt so clean and was nice and cold! Definitely am going to book this again but we will stay longer next time. I highly recommend this property and if you have any questions at all they have very quick and kind responses!

The area was safe and walkable to restaurants and city center mall (maybe one mile). The service and check in was very friendly and easy. We appreciated the free parking spot. The unit we stayed in did need some updating as it is an older building particularly the shower. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
