Spectacular Beachwalk Resort Upper Apt, 16th floor. Private Views and Balcony, 2 Bdrm Apartment with 2 Full Baths and 2 bdrms: King size and a 2 full Beds. Full kitchen and living room. Private laundry space with washer & dryer. Amenities include a bay view pool, and a modern fitness center.
Resort fee and Parking fee will be both charged at Resort. $ 30 daily Resort fee and $ 28 daily Parking fee.
$ 250 Security Deposit in case of damages.

Beachwalk Resort, ideally located between Miami Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. Enjoy a stunning condo-hotel on South Florida's beautiful beaches, complete with pool, gym, and resort-style amenities. This unit offers a south-facing balcony with direct views of the ocean and intracoastal waterways. Just a block from the beach, it features a king size bed , accommodating up to 6 people, with 2 private bathrooms and TV. Washer & Dryer. Additional amenities include a fitness center, on-site restaurant, and free beach shuttle.
