Schön designtes Hotel, sehr gute Möglichkeiten in der Nähe abends was zu unternehmen. Im Zimmer bleibt man nicht von Störgeräuschen verschont, schlafen nur mit Ohrstöpseln möglich, die einem immerhin zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Heißes Wasser war ab und zu nicht verfügbar, das ist schon sehr schlecht für so ein Hotel... WICHTIG! Auch sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass pro Nacht ein Aufpreis von 35,00$ plus Taxes als "Urban Fee" dazu kommen. Da fühlt man sich schon etwas verarscht.

This area is not for people looking for quiet. The room comes with ear plugs and a sound machine. The hotel is beautiful and well situated for an active night life. The pool is great with no buildings to shadow it.

Fun artsy hotel with a definite Miami vibe. We walked around the area to see all the graffiti wall art. Area is being revitalized so a bit disheveled but watch it transform in a couple years. The Arlo rooftop pool is delightful.

It was a nice hotel but not all that glitters is gold. The A/C in our room didn’t work, so it was very toasty. We ran into a price discrepancy at the rooftop bar but they gave us free drinks as a solution. Other than that, it’s a beautiful establishment. The pool area was great. Perhaps a free, continental breakfast could be added.

The hotel is beautiful, its murals really draw attention, its social areas are very beautiful and make you want to enjoy them. The staff is very friendly. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very nice. Breakfast is a bit expensive but delicious. This area is undergoing transformation, so there are beautiful things and others not so much, but I am sure that in a few years it will be beautiful.

It was really disappointing: - The room cleaning service was not done till late in the afternoon (5-6 pm), later on the housekeeping lady explained to me that they prioritized the check out rooms and later the rooms of actual guests. This decision is so bad for the guests you have in house still! - When I went to ask for the cleaning service the person that was in the front desk was very rude and corrected my English with a very bad attitude and being sarcastic - They didn’t left complimentary water cans in the room for 3 days in a row - They didn’t changed towels or bed sheets/quilt for our entire stay (6 nights) - They have a SMS service that supposedly listens to you and solve problems but they never answered any of my messages - They gave us the room in the 4th floor that is above the bar, even with double glass window everything filters inside - The rooms of the 1st two categories are really small In general, nice location, new hotel, very bad service, very bad housekeeping and not a great experience ☹️

We enjoyed our stay at Arlo! The location is great, and the rooms are stylish and comfortable. Some things to consider before booking here: - no parking, and the hotel parking is valet ONLY for around $50 a day. - they charge a $38/day fee that is confusing but it does come with a $25 / day food credit. We only tried the pizza at Higher Ground and it wasn't very good. - the thermostats are for show. They control nothing. The balcony-less rooms have no airflow and you'll be feeling stale after a few days. But don't let this sway you from not staying here! Roof top pool is amazing, cocktails were delish, and we did love our stay.

Area is at the heart of Wynwood - numerous dining, shopping, nightlife options. Beautiful property, beautiful rooms. A few downsides though. Room aren't practical though - skinny tabletops, shower has slight water buildup due to design, same can be said for sink. Customer service/room service request was absent (e.g. requested hot water kettle, but just gave us the kettle without plug-in base lol). Found blood stains or dark marks on some pillow cases and towels. Would consider staying somewhere else next visit, but all in all good hotel
