Wir sind uns Klimaanlagen gewohnt, aber die ersten zwei Tage war es sau kalt. Die Klimaanlage kann man nicht selber ausschalten und zusätzlich kann auch das Hotel die Anlage nicht ausschalten. Sie mussten es mit Teppichklebeband zukleben. Es gibt kein Geschirr und die Badetücher für den Strand werden ohne Info einfach von der Kredikarte abgezogen. Des weiteren wurde mir das Depot (300 USD) nicht wieder gutgeschrieben sondern belastet. Die Fotos online und der tatsächliche Zustand sind welten. Die dusche (auch das sind wir uns gewohnt) ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse mager.. ich hatte satte 40 min um mich mit Haare waschen zu duschen!

Th aqua os a very falsed advertised hotel. The web site says complimentary breakfast that was a lie. They offer ice and tap water "still water" they say. $120 resort fee I dont know why its not a resort felt more like a hostel. No privacy i heard every conversation in each room beside me. And $200 deposit for damages mind you the room looked damaged already peeling tub pealling paint broken bathroom door. They give you ice but no bucket the sink is your best bet. I will neverstay again and i hope expedia reimburses be with something. Because the AQUA IS EXTREMELY FALSE ADVERTISED!!!!

It’s close to a parking garage that was reasonably priced compared to some places and within walking distance to restaurants, beaches and activities. The hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Very old. The pictures were deceiving.

There wasn’t any way to adjust the air and the windows didn’t have screens so we couldn’t leave them open. The room was very warm and stuffy. The bathroom lights and shower curtain rods were rusty, and there was brown stuff on the tile in the bathroom walls. The lighting in the room was terrible and the beds were mediocre. For nearly $300 a night I expected better. The staff were lovely and the lobby was welcoming.

Well, though the staff was polite and friendly, the room was sparse, kind of bullet proof for party types i guess...you had to go to the front desk to change the temperature in your room, there was not even a cup in the room for water, the toilet was so low to the ground you had to kneel to use it. To top it all off, they said they served coffee in the lobby in the morning but apparently the coffee machine was broken for at least 2 days, not even a coffee voucher to appease the customer, they seem cheap.

Too noisy, said that on the website that has parking getting there we had to pay 45 usd to park. If I had added that amount, I would have stayed in a better hotel. The noise of people drinking and shouting only stopped at 5:00 in the morning. At 9:00 you have to be awake because check out is at 11:00 in the morning. However, check in at 4:00 pm... I didn't like it and I don't recommend it

Front desk was friendly and helpful at check in but other hotel employees were not kind or helpful. I paid $46 for valet parking only to not be able to use my car the rest of the stay. “Valet” at this establishment means that they take it to a parking garage and you have to pay $46 more dollars any time you try to use the car. SCAM. Rooms are nothing great, minimal at best. Walls are PAPER THIN and we had neighbors up till 2-3AM and could hear them crystal clear. Basically we got no sleep. A different review said they had bedbugs. We woke up with a few red bites on our feet/ankles but didn’t see the bugs so can’t actually confirm. Read all the reviews on multiple websites. You can probably find somewhere better in the area. Would not recommend this place even if you are looking for something more affordable. Spend the money to stay somewhere better.

Nice size, but they need to update bathroom and tv. No body length mirror. Great location but sketchy. The hostel next door made it uncomfortable to walk alone to hotel. A lot of hanging out. There’s no pool. No valet parking. Spent 200 extra in parking.

1. The shower head was not working well at all 2. The walls are so thin I could literally hear my neighbors words clearly when they were having a conversation and I definitely heard them when they were being very loud. 3. I wasn’t able to change the thermostat. 4. Parking ended up costing $360 for 2 nights. 5. There was a window in the little kitchen area that had no curtain and lights outside the window so the room didn’t even get dark when I went to sleep.

Staff were really friendly, however the only reason that I gave 1 start is because, the place was really uncomfortable and unsafe.The door was really hard to close so we didn’t know if it was close or not.Another thing my sister had spend only one night which was really only a couple of hours and I came in next morning we went to get breakfast and once we came back we notice someone was on the room which was room service .It might be a policy of the hotel, but again it was just a couple of hours that we had spend there and room service came in while we were gone which it was uncomfortable since we never requested room service or were notified that there would be room service next morning.Beds are uncomfortable and room is dirty. If you reserve just be aware on room service next morning since I felt that they should notify you in advance since you are paying for the room and shouldn’t feel unsafe with your stuff when your not there.

Extremely outdated, dirty, no parking, no shuttle, old appliances, beds are very low to the floor and not comfortable. No pool or lounge chairs, no elevator only stairs, no coffee or snacks in the morning. If you want cheap no frills for a few hours sleep you might like it. We did not and will not return.

The hotel and room’s condition is run-down… the washrooms need upgrading. There is no elevator, no fridge or microwave. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful though. Location wise, it’s only a short walk to shopping, ocean drive and Miami Beach

This property benefits from great location but apart from that there is no other service. No complimentary drinks or umbrellas. Especially when it’s raining, the property can be quite wet outside the room. Our airconditioning didn’t have a remote so was turned on the whole night. And using the phone was not working.

The location was great and close to a lot of the sights. The hotel was older though and a lot of these older hotels don't have heat during winter or colder months which can be a big deal if a front moves in.
