EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
High-end Murphy bed (Queen size) in the living room that can accommodate 2 adults with memory foam Mattress, queen size pillows, queen-size duvet cover. Blackout blinds in the living room to ensure quality sleep.
A full-sized mirror closet with hangers is available in the main entrance with an iron, an iron board, beach chairs and umbrella.

A Community Laundry Room is available on each floor of the building and is located directly on the right of the Service elevator with the Trash room.
Each Laundry room has 2 Professional washing and drying machines that work with a chipcard that you can purchase at the registration office from 9AM to 5PM. The cost of the laundry card is $7 (subject to change). To do laundry, you shall load the chipcard at the payment machine that is located in the lobby. The washer costs $2/use, Dryer costs $2/use (these costs are not included in the price of the stay and are subject to change).

1) Key Fob (Subject to change without prior notice, non-refundable fee)
Upon your arrival, you will need to pay an activation fee of $30 for each key FOB purchased. One key fob must be purchased for 2 adults. Two key fob must be purchased for 3 or 4 adults.  Key FOB gives you access to building facilities, common areas (gym, pool, beach). This fee in payable on site upon your arrival at the guest office of the resort (by credit card only).
This fee is not included in the price of your stay.

2) Parking "Go-and-Come-as-You-Want" (Subject to change without prior notice)

Upon arrival, you must also pay the parking fee related to your stay at the valet parking counter next to the main entrance of the 3901 building. Covered and non-covered parking lots are available.

- 3 Weeks : $150
- 1 Month:$175

3) Online orders (Amazon, e-Bay,
)
Online orders under your name and have your packages delivered at the condo are possible. Please note that the resort will charge $7/package. These fees are extra and are not included in the price of your stay.

*Beach chairs and an umbrella are available for use at no extra cost, but their presence in the condo is not guaranteed at all times.

1. Check-In
The check-in time for the rental unit shall strictly commence after 3:00 PM, and the check-out time shall be at or before 10:00 AM. The Host shall not be able to accommodate any early check-in or late check-out requests.

2. Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy of the rental unit is strictly limited to four (4) adults. The Host shall not permit any unregistered guests to stay overnight, and any additional guests will be promptly removed from the premises.

3. Subletting the Rental
Property Subletting the rental property is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

4. Responsibility
The occupants must comply with all resort rules and guidelines for the pool, gym, and beach areas. The occupant agrees to indemnify the Host for any damages or losses to the rental unit or its contents during their stay. The rental unit's condition shall be assessed both at check-in and check-out, and occupants must keep noise levels reasonable out of respect for other residents.

5. Swimming Pools
The swimming pools shall be accessible from sunrise to sunset, and all children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

6. Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the rental unit, halls, or common areas of the building. Occupants who smoke shall dispose of cigarette butts responsibly using the proper receptacles.

7. Pets
Pets are not permitted inside the rental unit or on the resort property at any time.

8. Garbage
Garbage chutes are available in each laundry room on every floor. The occupants shall not leave open trash bags in the unit or hallways, and must regularly dispose of trash bags by depositing them in the chute.

9. Laundry Card
A magnetic laundry card shall be available for purchase at the guest office, and it can be recharged using the automatic dispenser located next to the security desk on the 1st floor.

10. Air Conditioning
To prevent air conditioning system breakdowns, guests must keep sliding doors and windows closed when using the A/C system. The A/C must remain on during the hot and humid months from May to September. Any damage caused to the air conditioning system due to the guest's failure to comply with this rule will be the responsibility of the guest, who must pay for all necessary repairs.

11. Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi shall be available in the rental unit, throughout the resort, and in the lobby of each building. Access to the internet room shall require prior approval from the front desk or security service.

12. Security
Guests shall ensure all doors are properly closed when entering or leaving the resort or common areas. The main entrance of each building shall be locked at all times and requires an active magnetic key fob or ID to unlock.

13. Events and Gatherings
Noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at any time. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.

14. No Open Flames
Open flames, including candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, and cigars, are strictly prohibited inside the rental unit and common areas.

15. Illegal Activity or Substances
The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the rental property, and any violation shall result in eviction and potential legal action.

16. Moving Furniture
Furniture shall not be rearranged in the rental unit. Guests shall be charged a $50 fee if the furniture is not placed back in its original location upon check-out.

17. Cancellation Policy
The rental unit follows Airbnb's "STRICT" cancellation policy, and the Host strongly recommends that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations. Guests are advised to read more about the cancellation policy at https://www.airbnb.com/home/cancellation_policies#strict.

Excellent View. Inside needs refreshing.

The view was fantastic right outside our balcony. Lovely waking up with a cup of coffee to the sunrise. At night a glass of wine in hand and watch the ships and water.We came in after the check-in time. There was a language barrier which was confusing. It seemed there were no employees who spoke English. The pictures on the listing were not very accurate. Bathroom is very small, the bed is on the floor which for tall people made it difficult as well as the sofa. The condo needs some polishing. Paint, light fixtures that work and more comfortable furniture.2 nights we were woke up by the smoke detectors in the condo and they would randomly go off throughout the day.

This penthouse unit had an amazing view of the ocean and the balcony faced sun from dawn until dusk which is exactly what we were looking for! Communication with Jessica was prompt and smooth. The building was very safe and quiet however the condo was very dated. Scuff marks and paint chipping everywhere. The walls need a good scrub down and paint job. Unfortunately, one lamp in our bedroom was broken, the closet light worked occasionally and the safety lock box was broken. All this was communicated to Jessica and she promised to repair everything but of course not during our stay. Hopefully, these repairs will be done for future guests. The bathroom was renovated probably in the last 10 years and the kitchen was clean and appliances were updated and very clean. 2laundry pods, 2 dishwashing pods as well as kitchen supplies were provided. We loved the beach chairs and there were plenty of beach toys in entrance closet.

Nice Location

Was nice, safety and security was top notch. Check into the complex was a bit confusing, but door code sent by the host was timely and easy! Beds were fine and it was really clean! Apt/condo has some wear and walls need paint. Beach chairs and toys in the front closet looked very nice—we didn’t use them.

Beautiful Views

We enjoyed the central location, beautiful views, plus the beach chairs and umbrellas were a great addition. The only downside was the master bed was uncomfortable and the condo could use some paint touch ups. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again. Please update the master mattress to the comfort level of the murphy bed.

Beautiful views, Great location

The condo features beautiful views, great heated pool (it does close at sunset), beautiful beaches and walking distance about 1 mile to Walmart. Appreciate the chairs and umbrellas we were able to use for our trip. The host was very responsive and helpful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Hollywood Boardwalk was lots of fun, we ate there several nights and enjoyed the music as well. We utilized the circuit transportation, which was free during our entire stay, highly recommend. We felt very safe and never even saw anyone else on our floor during our entire visit, it was very quite and peaceful. We would stay here again, it was great vacation!

Lovely stay!

Awesome place with an amazing view and amenities. It had everything we needed for our stay, including a pool, cafe in the building and general housing items. Family friendly location and with walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Definitely needs a fresh coat of paint in the bedroom but other than that it was great! Also if you arrive early, you may need to wait to check into the room but we were able to get our key fobs from the other building office and wristbands for the pool. I think if the host added the location of where to get fobs and wristbands it would make the check in process an bit easier, but overall it was still super easy! The building staff were friendly and helpful too. Overall wonderful stay, would love to visit again!!

Nice but needs some help

There is no lock on the door handle or middle piece. If you shut the bedroom door it comes open. No privacy if you bring kids. The pool to the condo is cold have to walk over to the other building where it’s packed because pool is much warmer there. They did beach work with construction machinery every day. So a little spot on the beach is all we had and again crammed in. The noise was insane from it. Not relaxing. There was a water main break caused a boil water advisory and we never heard back when it was remedied. Check in process is horrible. Have to head to the next building to get pass and key fob. If they have any. Then make sure you get a laundry card. We did communicate to the owner the issues and they took pictures of the beach and other pool we could use. That was it. Not much that could be done. We made the best out of it. The property itself could be updated. The walls were dirty, lots of dust coming out of the air vents. If you have allergies not a good place.the decor is strange with abc child like art work in the bedroom. I have stayed 2 doors down at the Hyde a few months ago and other places close by. This wasn’t the best but pictures can be deceiving that’s for sure. The tvs have no steaming and was difficult to use due to the age.

Les gens du complexe sont gentils et patients. Les photos représentent exactement ce que l'on voit. 4 chaises de plage, une glaciÚre et un parasol sont fournis, c'est parfait. Les communications avec le locateur sont instantanées. Il faut savoir , qu en plus des frais decritdans les autres comentaires, que pour la laveuse et sécheuse, il faut acheter une carte au montant de 7 USD et chacune des brassées est à 1,85 USD .

The view, the view, the view!

My hubby and I decided to escape the cold and go to South FL for a week. The weather was perfect, and we loved this condo. It was just right for 2 people. My only complaint is not enough wash cloths...only 4 for 2 people staying 6 days. We bought extras at the nearby Wal-Mart. But we so appreciated there were beach chairs and an umbrella that were made available to us. We felt very safe and appreciated the security measures there.

Things to Know

Overall stay was good. Unit appeared to be as pictured online. With that being said, the TV in the bedroom did not work at all, bedroom door was missing the lock and the bedroom walls could use some fresh paint. Be aware there are extra charges not included with your booking that you do not find about about until after you have booked. There is a min of $75 parking fee for 1-7 days and it goes up from there. You are provided a door code for the unit but you need a FOB to enter, exit and get through the building, pool and beach which costs $30 per FOB. If there are 3 adults 2 FOBS are required for an additional $30. More adults, more FOBS. Kids are considered adults at 14. It would have been very helpful to know these things before booking. There is a store/cafe in one building which is nice but no poolside bar/food. Kids are not allowed to through a normal size ball around in the pool, only something small. The location is good, close to Hollywood Beach boardwalk and not far from downtown which is very cute.

My stay here was amazing in all facets! Check-in was seamless, communication with the condo-owner was clear & concise, the condo was clean & exactly like the pictures on the website. I felt safe & enjoyed every moment of my 7 day stay!! I highly recommend this vacation destination to all!
