- USEFUL INFORMATION

There is a $110 condominium fee, which includes 4 access cards to use the amenities and a 1 vehicle sticker with a barcode that allows entering the community without having to wait in line.
If the guest needs to switch to a different vehicle during their stay, a new vehicle sticker can be issued for an additional $25.

Registration required after booking confirmation.

We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please use the trash chute or first-floor trash room at the end of the hall on the left to dispose of your garbage and help keep the building clean.
- All trash must be bagged.
- No trash at building entrances.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Depending on the resort's policies:
Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.
