„Our room at Pug Seal Polanco Allan Poe was clean and well-maintained. It was lovely to have a balcony. The staff was helpful and prompt. The common areas of the hotel were beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast was generous--wonderful to have both light buffet-type options and to be able to order off the menu. I would definitely return to this hotel, or use one of the other Pug Seal locations, and I will be recommending it to others.“
