The Space:

Welcome to your cozy retreat in the heart of southern Mexico City. This one-bedroom space is designed to offer comfort, style, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. With beautiful panoramic views and a warm, inviting atmosphere, it feels like a peaceful escape in the middle of the city’s vibrant energy. A great home base for enjoying the cultural, architectural, and local charm of this dynamic area.



Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to the accommodation and the building’s amenities—make yourself at home and feel comfortable throughout your stay.



To keep everything running smoothly, visits are not permitted unless registered in advance. If you’d like to add extra guests, you’re very welcome to do so for an additional fee of 25 USD or 400 MXN per night.



If you need the sofa bed prepared, we’re happy to arrange it for an extra fee of 25 USD or 400 MXN per stay.



Free on-site parking is available by prior reservation only and is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

One of its most iconic attractions is the Saturday Bazaar at Plaza San Jacinto, where you can explore Mexican handicrafts, local art, and the area’s vibrant bohemian spirit. You can also visit the Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo House-Studio Museum, a must-see cultural landmark that reflects the artistic legacy of the neighborhood.



The property is also conveniently located next to Patio San Ángel, a shopping center with restaurants, cafés, shops, and everyday services just a short walk away. This makes it easy to enjoy both the traditional charm of San Ángel and the convenience of having everything nearby.

Getting Around:

Getting around the city is easy from this convenient location in southern Mexico City. The property is right next to a Metro station and nearby bus stops, making public transportation simple and accessible. You’ll also have easy access to major avenues, allowing you to quickly reach restaurants, shopping areas, business districts, and popular attractions. Patio San Ángel is right next door, so cafés, shops, and everyday services are just a short walk away. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this is a practical and well-connected base for exploring the city.



Other Things to Note:

We kindly ask you to follow a few simple guidelines to help keep everything comfortable for everyone: please close what you open, return anything you use, switch off lights and appliances when not in use, take responsibility for any damage, handle all items with care, tidy up after yourself, and leave everything in its original place.



Please note that, as this is a condominium, access to amenities is managed by the building administration rather than by us. Availability may occasionally be limited or temporarily restricted due to maintenance, capacity policies, or prior reservations. This is beyond our control and does not affect the accommodation service.



Interaction with Guests:

We’re here to support you throughout your stay and make everything as easy and comfortable as possible. You can reach our hosts at any time—preferably via WhatsApp—or by calling the numbers provided in your check-in instructions or available in the apartment. Our regular support hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.



We usually respond within an hour; however, replies may take a little longer during nighttime hours. For urgent matters, we remain available after 10 pm. We’ll always do our best to assist you and ensure you have a smooth, pleasant, and worry-free stay.
