Located near La Condesa, Chapultepec Castle and Park, the Museum of Anthropology, and the Angel of Independence, this area is ideal for foodies, shoppers, and culture lovers alike.

The main spaces of the first-floor condo (90 m²) and the fifth-floor penthouse (200 m²) include:

Guest Access:
Self-check-in is available, but all adult guests must submit a copy of their ID at least 24 hours before arrival to gain access. Visitors must also be registered in advance.

The property is about 10 km from Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX).

Ride-Share: Uber and Didi are widely available
Parking: Free on-site parking for four vehicles

- Clothes may not be taken outside, hung, or left to dry on the terrace under any circumstance. This includes towels, swimsuits, laundry, or any type of clothing. Reports from neighbors regarding this violation will result in an automatic fine of 150 USD for each occurrence.
- Please, note that security cameras are installed outside the property.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
-Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.
- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost.
- A Pack and Play is available upon request (no crib provided)
- Guests must climb stairs.
- You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction.
- The parking space can only accommodate a regular size car. (maximum: 1.80m wide x 4.22m long and 1.57m high)

Electricity and water outages are occasional occurrences in Mexico City, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that we cannot be held accountable for such events.
