The positives first — the property is in a very walkable area close to many restaurants and felt safe. The security guards were very kind and helpful.
The negatives — right beside a hospital so we constantly heard sirens. The rooms didn’t look as new as in the pictures online which wouldn’t be horrible if they were very clean.. but they were not. There was hair on the floor and in some towels. For me, the worst part was the bathroom. Our room had two bathrooms. Both showers only had ceiling waterfall heads that directed the water everywhere but down. For the days I did not want to ruin my hair, ringing was very hard. The washroom attached to one of the bedrooms had no fan. Running the water for 2 minutes meant it steamed up and made everything smell musty. It also looked like mold was present in the shower tiles.
Based on the comps we looked at before choosing this property, I think there are other options available for the same money. Having extra space is nice when it feels like you can use it. I was left wanting to touch as few surfaces as possible.
