When you go on vacation, you’re looking for one of two things: fun or relaxation. If you’re reading this, you’re in luck—because in our apartment, you can do both! Still not convinced?



Perfectly located near Condesa’s best shops and entertainment spots, our cozy, spacious, and stylish apartment is equipped to accommodate four guests in a secure area.



The Space:

The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. You will have access to all areas: balcony, kitchen, laundry room, two bedrooms with two full bathrooms, dining room, and a cozy living room.



If you would like a travel crib or high chair, please let us know one week before your arrival so we can provide it. Also, if you have any other requirements, please inform us so we can find the best option for you and your companions.



P.S. Before confirming, please:



1. Select the correct number of guests, as the price varies.



2. Send the IDs of all guests, including children and the person who made the reservation.



3. When booking, confirm that you have read and accepted our rules and cancellation policy.



We cannot offer refunds for subjective reasons such as smells or perceived cleanliness.

We love Mexico and want you to fall in love with it too. Check-in and check-out are automated, so we will share the instructions with you before your arrival.



Other Things to Note:

* Once a reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced, nor can the dates be changed.



* In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend checking the weather forecast and packing clothes appropriate for the climate.



* Mexico City has experienced water shortages in the area. We will be monitoring the situation closely in case of service disruptions.



* Parking, whether on the property or on public streets, is the sole responsibility of the guest. The accommodation assumes no liability for theft, damage, or any other incident affecting vehicles or belongings left inside them.



We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located near a laundromat.



Interaction with Guests:

We love Mexico and want you to fall in love with it too. Check-in and check-out are automated, so we will share the instructions with you prior to your arrival.



You will also receive recommendations for places to visit during your stay in Mexico, and we will be available to assist with any requests via the platform or text message.



We are always on hand to help with anything our guests might need :). We are available online from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our own website, we require a valid credit card to place a hold for a security deposit. This hold is not an actual charge and is automatically released after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of the terms of the stay.



The process is secure and handled through a specialized platform designed to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
