Cozy and clean apartment with A/C, where you can have a relaxing time. We are very strict with the sanitization of the entire place before arrival and we provide weekly cleaning. We also offer self check-in, for the safety of our guests.
Short distance to Coyoacan, and a few blocks away from shopping centers and commercial areas. Two blocks from metro Zapata (UNAM or Zocalo in less than 30 minutes).
We have good discounts for long stay, just use airbnb week or monthly reservation to see pricing

The Space:
Cozy apartment with great relaxing vibe, and has an A/C, it is perfec for couples and intimate travelers, or family with one kid.

The apartment is decorated with Mexican craft and local art - so you connect with the culture straight with your arrival.

Kitchen, dining room a living room, super equipped. You will find anything you need for cooking, reading and entertaining.

Its in 3rd floor, no elevator

This is a NON SMOKING apartment.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to the apartment and all its amenities: kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven, French press or moka pot, Wi-Fi, and TV. Everything is ready to make you feel right at home!

Adela, our wonderful cleaning lady, comes every Tuesday morning to tidy up and keep the space fresh.

For your safety and convenience, we offer self check-in, so you can arrive whenever it suits you best.

The Neighborhood:
It is a calm area, safe to walk around the day, very close to commercial center and many stores around so it get a little crowded around, though the apartment street is narrow and is very relaxed.

You can find some street market/stores during weekends, and easily access to main transportation.

@ Zapata Metro Station (1 Block - 3min) - (Green or Golden lines)
@ Radio Taxi Station (2 Blocks - 3min) - next to Walmart
@ You are 30mins to/from the International Airport.

Other Things to Note:
As is common in Mexico, the water pressure in the shower may be a little low, but it's still enough for a good bath.
To improve the water pressure, we've installed a water pump that can be used when showering or washing.

We have self-check-in, but we are very attentive in case you need guidance or additional assistance via phone or via messages through the platform.
