The Space:

Guest Access:

The whole apartment and its private balcony are yours for your stay. Check-in is flexible and arranged before you arrive: either our doorman lets you in and hands you the street-door key, or you collect it from a code lockbox on the building gate. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and open the apartment with your own smart-lock code. You share the building entrance with neighbors. Check-in from 4 PM. There is no on-site parking; parking is paid street parking off premises.



The Neighborhood:

You're on tree-lined Amsterdam Street in Hipódromo Condesa, one of Mexico City's most walkable neighborhoods. Parque México is about a 6-minute walk, the cafés and restaurants on Avenida Tamaulipas about 8 to 10, Parque España about 12 to 15, and Mercado de Medellín for fruit and lunch counters about 15 to 18. Further afield: the Angel de la Independencia and the Anthropology Museum (10 to 20 minutes by car), the Centro Histórico and Zócalo (20 to 35), and day trips to Xochimilco or Teotihuacan.



Getting Around:

You won't need a car for Condesa: parks, cafés and restaurants are all walkable. Metro Chilpancingo is about a 7-minute walk and Metro Patriotismo about 17. By car, the Zócalo is about 20 to 35 minutes and the airport (AICM) about 25 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic. There is no on-site parking; parking is paid street parking off premises.



Other Things to Note:

• Residential building: quiet hours are 9 PM to 9 AM, and no parties or events

• Security cameras are only in the building's common areas: the lobby entrance and the emergency stairs; none inside the apartment

• A/C is in both bedrooms only, not the living room; a fan is available, and each bedroom closet has a portable heater

• Shared building entrance. Check-in is via the doorman or a code lockbox on the gate, arranged per booking; the apartment has a smart lock

• 3rd floor; the elevator fits 3 people, or 2 with luggage

• Paid street parking only, no on-site spot

• Check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM

• No smoking or vaping indoors, and no pets

• Only guests on the booking may stay
